Terms, Conditions and Policy and House Rules

• Rates are quoted in US Dollar (USD)

 

• Rates are inclusive of all service charges, housekeeping, pool cleaning and taxes, but as is customary in Koh Samui we cannot include electricity charges.

 

• As is customary in Thailand electricity is charged to the direct consumer, you, and is payable by you on departure.  1kw – 8 Bhat. Typically 8-15 USD per day. 

 

• Check-in time is 15:00 hours and Check-out time is 11:00 hours.  Early check-in and late check-out request are welcome and complimentary but subject to availability, 

 

• Reservations will be cancelled at the discretion of the owners should payment not be forthcoming

 

• No pets are allowed

 

• As is customary in Thailand – no shoes are allowed inside the house 

 

• The villa is in a residential prestigious area – so please be courteous and considerate to your neighbours

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within 30 days of guest arrival will be subject to pay 100%

 

• Cancellations made prior to 30 days of guest arrival are subject to pay 50%.  50% refund will be given against the full balance.

Deposit

 

A $500 fully refundable deposit is required at Check-In to cover any damages or loses at the villa.  This is fully refundable and protects you, us and all our future guest and their experience.

Child Policy

 

We the owners have 2 little ones, so please ask us if you need any support in making your little ones comfortable, we’re happy to help! We have cots and high chairs available at no extra cost.

 

• Infants and toddlers, who are 2 years or below, who stay in existing bedding or our baby cot are welcome free of charge and are not counted a guest number.

 

• Please note the architectural style of WHITE PALM Villas with infinity pool.  Children must always be supervised during their stay to ensure their safety.
